About Us
Terry Chuchmach has had 20 wonderful years in Guelph as the owner of the Shakespeare Arms. In 2013 Alan Mckell became his full working partner, together they are implementing innovative changes and yet keeping all the things that make "Shakey's" the most popular neighbourhood Pub in Guelph. Terry and Al are looking forward to many more years of excellent service, fun and friendship building.
They take pride in their establishment, and consider "Shakey's" is as good as its patrons. There are plenty of weekly events and specials to bring you out and enjoy some time with friends.
"Shakeys" puts a lot back into our community through fund raising for children's hospitals, raising money and awareness for Cancer, and sponsoring our local sports.
We welcome the opportunity to give back to our community because we are part of this community.
At the Shakespeare Arms we have many different events, and Customer Appreciation days. If you are a newcomer to our Pub, please let us know and we will give you a newcomer's card, which will give you a discount on your next visit.

Dave Green is our own certified Chef. He creates an original menu with many in house specialities that can only be found at the Shakespeare Arms. Old favourites take on extra flavour and flare under Dave's direction and care.
